In Beyoğlu and Karaköy, I captured the contrast between old architecture and modern life, while Sultanahmet and Fatih revealed the city’s historic core with its mosques and bustling streets. On the Asian side, Kadıköy offered a different rhythm, with lively markets and ferry crossings. From the first light over the Bosphorus to the evening shadows in narrow alleys, the city’s energy and layered history made for a compelling visual experience.
